1. Service Overview

• VeggieLoh is a hyperlocal platform for ordering fresh vegetables.
• Currently, services are available only in selected areas of Greater Noida West.
• Orders are accepted till 12:00 midnight and delivered the next day at 7:00 AM.
• Instant or express delivery options are not available.

2. Order & Delivery Policy

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified after the order cut-off time.
• Delivery timings are subject to operational and weather conditions.
• Customers are requested to be available at the delivery location at the scheduled time.

3. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

• Orders are delivered at approximately 7:00 AM.
• Customers have a 4-hour window (till 11:00 AM) to raise concerns.
• Complaints can be raised via registered WhatsApp number or customer support call.
• No return, refund, or replacement requests will be accepted after 11:00 AM.

4. Wallet & Cashback Policy

• VeggieLoh may offer promotional cashback offers from time to time.
• Launch offer includes 100% cashback on the paid amount.
• Cashback is credited to the in-app wallet.
• Wallet cashback can be redeemed partially — up to 10% or 20% per order.
• Cashback cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.

5. Pricing & Availability

• Prices of vegetables may vary daily based on market conditions.
• Product availability is subject to stock and supply.
• VeggieLoh reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Misuse of offers, wallet, or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension.
• Users must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

VeggieLoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

8. Changes to Terms

VeggieLoh reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
